Q: How does this program work?
A: This software puts a "functioning" color wheel on your computer. Place the CD-Rom in the tray and it opens to a main menu of choices from Color Applications to Color Education. Open the "Digital Color Wheel" menu where you can choose any dominate color and then see what the complementary, split complementary and triad colors are. Adjust these colors to a "what if" color scheme then apply to one of a sixteen (16) different patterns. View it with different backgrounds until you get it just right......then print and at the same time capture each TCS color identifier. If you have a color printer, it will be in color. You can see these various color combinations.

The program will display over 8,000 colors, each identified with a unique TCS #. One of the greatest benefits is having fun while you learn how to use Hue, Clarity and Value to improve your painting skills.
There is an entire education section: Understanding Color and the TCS Color Matching system. In addition, If you are new to decorative painting, open to the "Beginning Guide" and watch fifteen (15) different decorative painting video clips, including basic strokes. If you are an experienced artist who wishes to learn more about teaching others, open the Teaching Guide and Session Planner materials.

Q: Will it be available for both Apple / MAC Systems and Windows PC's?
A: Yes! We are pleased to offer it as a "Hybrid" CD-Rom which means it will run on both Windows and Macintosh systems. We have tested successfully on four (4) different Mac systems. It does require at least OS 8.0 to operate all the functions in the program. For Windows users, it will operate on Windows95,98, ME, NT and 2000. It is not recommended for the original Windows OS, 2.1 and or 3.1.
